Clinical Expertise

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 8 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, and I’ve spent the past couple years specializing in pelvic health. I’ve treated a wide range of conditions, with a strong focus on low back, hip, and pelvic floor dysfunction. I’m also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and have completed extensive pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace.
My passion for pelvic health began after the birth of my first child, when I experienced my own pelvic floor challenges. I wanted to get back to doing the things I loved without discomfort, so I dove into learning everything I could. Along the way, I realized how many others were dealing with similar issues—often without the support they needed. That’s what led me to continue my training and dedicate my work to helping others feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies again.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mom to three little boys (and a dog!), and I love spending time with my family, hiking, kayaking, and being outdoors whenever we can.
Because I’m in this season of life too, I understand how hectic schedules can be. Getting out the door, coordinating childcare, and making appointments on time isn’t always easy. That’s exactly why I bring care to you. No need to stress about a perfectly clean home (mine certainly isn’t!) or finding a sitter—I'll come with everything we need, and we’ll make the session work for you and your day.
