Beginning your pelvic health journey is a deeply personal step, and we are here to ensure you feel supported and heard. Our mobile physical therapy sessions are designed to provide professional care in the warm, private environment of your own home, moving entirely at your own pace.

Your initial consultation includes:

Brief intake & conversation: Your first visit starts with a conversation. We take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals so we can get a clear picture of what’s going on and what matters most to you.

Movement and full body assessment: A look at your posture and how you move through daily activities. We also may look at strength, coordination, and mobility in order to better understand the root of your symptoms.

Internal exam (optional): An assessment of the pelvic floor muscles, conducted only with your full consent.

Education & Home Plan: We'll end with a clear understanding of your body and a tailored plan to start your healing today.

At Luna Pelvic Health, your wellness is our primary focus. To provide the deep, individualized attention you need without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, we operate as an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus entirely on your healing journey and provide personalized care in the comfort of your home. While we do not bill insurance carriers directly, we are happy to provide a comprehensive superbill after your session, which you can submit to your insurance provider to seek potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Follow-up sessions focus on advancing your recovery by evolving your treatment plan, refining specific exercises, monitoring clinical progress, and providing dedicated guidance.

Sessions & Area

We provide mobile physical therapy sessions tailored to your schedule. Our service area primarily covers Egg Harbor City and the surrounding communities, bringing expert care directly to your doorstep for maximum privacy and ease.

Cancellations

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, ensuring we can provide consistent care to all patients.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. While we are an out-of-network provider to maintain the highest quality of one-on-one care, we can provide a superbill detailing your services for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Communication

We value clear communication between visits. You can reach out via our secure patient portal or email for non-urgent clinical questions. For scheduling changes, please contact us directly. We strive to maintain respectful boundaries to ensure focused care during our scheduled sessions.
